Lapland Adventure VR Sleigh Ride
Our virtual reality experience offers a perfect family attraction during the festive period! Once you’re on the ride and in Santa’s sleigh you will be given a freshly cleaned and fully adjustable VR head set. We understand that for younger children this might be too much, so the same content will play simultaneously on a TV situated at the front of the ride. Sit back and enjoy this immersive show as the sleigh moves, the wind blows and you experience the magic of 4D virtual reality!
The ride experience will take approximately 5-10 min including a safety briefing & safety checks. The ride run time is approximately 3 minutes.
The sleigh fits up to 6 people. You can share the ride with up to 6 people, or book exclusive hire of the sleigh for a family of up to 8 in a combination of adults and children. Eg 2 adults and 6 children, 3 adults and 4 children ( Can only seat 6 adults).
Guidance
Age 3+, children ride at parent’s discretion. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Those with motion sickness, vertigo or a history of seizures or epilepsy are advised against using the ride with the virtual reality headset.

What size ice skates are available?Ice skates available to hire free of charge in sizes 7 - 12, plus adjustable sizes ranging from size child 8-11, child 12-adult 2, adult 3-6. Adjustable over-shoe grippers are also available. Clip on adjustables with double blades available for sizes below child size 8 (Subject to availability)

Is there a minimum age to ice skate?The minimum age to skate unaccompanied by an adult is 13 years old.

Where can we store our belongings while we use the ice skating rink?We provide lockers to store your belongings in.

Can we bring food into the ice rink?We have a café in the ice skating rink as well as our restaurant in the main garden centre. Please do not bring your own food to the premises.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?Ice Skating tickets are non-transferable and each ticket may only be used by a single person.

What if I need to change my ice skating booking? or get a refund?You can easily change your booking by clicking on the link on your booking confirmation email. All you have to do is enter your booking reference number and your surname. Sessions are non-refundable. In the event of the sessions being cancelled due to technical or other reasons, a voucher to book an alternative ice skating session will be offered or a refund. Exchange Policy Tickets purchased online may be exchanged for an alternative ice rink session. Exchanges are only authorised up to 48 hours before the start of the ice skating booking in Milton keynes, and tickets can only be exchanged once. We recommend you make an account which will enable you to change your booking yourself without the need to contact the ice rink in Milton Keynes, and wait for your request to be dealt with.
